During your RMT massage, I will create a calming space to help you feel peaceful and at ease.
As we begin, I will draw your attention to your breath and any places of stress and tension in your body and tend to it with quiet, rhythmic massage.
We will use stress relief techniques (breath work, body awareness, touch and movement) to encourage your body to release long-held patterns of tension and relieve symptoms of persistent pain.
Helping you experience deep relaxation, so you can feel fluid and rested.

When it comes to persistent pain, it’s important to recognize and acknowledge our mind-body connection. That means paying close attention to the impact of our feelings and emotions on the physical body.
Through experienced RMT massage and stress relief techniques, you can more easily tune in and recognize where tension and pain are held in your body. It’s about empowering yourself to effectively manage pain.
